EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY.
Adapt Wear is guided by the quality and satisfaction of its customers. The credibility gained with our customers is our greatest asset. Our exchange and return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The right of repentance is provided for in art. 49, sole paragraph, of the Consumer Protection Code.
For us, the most important thing is that you (customer) have complete confidence in the purchase of your products and that your experience is as satisfactory as possible.
If you choose to exchange or return for any reason, we ask you to send us the product preferably in the original packaging, accompanied by labels, tags (label with product reference code) along with the product and all its accessories, if any.
To exchange, please contact our service center by email suporte@adaptwear.com.br within 7 (seven) days of receiving the package and inform the reason for the exchange. Our team will have up to 2 business days to review and respond to the request. The answer will always be through the same email sent in the request.
The return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases of possible defect in the part.
In addition, it is important that the product has not been used. It must be returned in its original packaging.
You can exchange for the same product in a different color or size or for any other product in the store.
