Our team will have up to 2 business days to review and respond to the request. The answer will always be through the same email sent in the request.
The return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases of possible defect in the part.
In addition, it is important that the product has not been used. It must be returned in its original packaging.
You can exchange for the same product in a different color or size or for any other product in the store.
